An illustrated calendar created for Manila Art Fair 2024.

This piece undermines the logical purpose of a calendar, instead presenting linear time in nonsensical and inconvenient ways, defanging it. It contemplates the different, often prosaic ways we can perceive (or not perceive) time passing-- dentist appointments, industrialization, shopping. Time can be commodified, but standardized values only beg to be unwound.
